Our approach is one in which long-term and sustainable stewardship requires attention to 1) conserving the physical resource 2) bringing about a sustainable contemporary use, and 3) assuring the ability of the heritage resource to inspire on into the future.	Realizing solutions that advance better design in and between the places we live requires better participatory and collaborative processes. We regularly work with planners and engineers to assure that stakeholders understand and can comment upon the implications of proposed projects.
